Free Health Lecture Series

New Location: United Way is moving locations, so Way of Life is moving our lecture series to SPA FITNESS (just one lot/building west towards the ocean from Begonia Plaza).

Our Fall lectures will be held at the Spa Fitness Building at 1100 41st Ave. Parking is available either at Way of Life in the Begonia Garden Plaza (a 3 minute walk over from the store) or at the Spa Fitness garage right behind the building.

New Time: The Fall lecture series begins at 7:30 and ends at 9:00PM

New Day of the Week: The Fall lecture series will be held on Wednesday evenings.
