    The month of October is designated as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In Feng Shui we have an entire system of health incorporating the five elements, the proper flow of Qi (vital energy) and other factors.

    When we wear binding clothing we block the flow of Qi in our body. Therefore, it is important to dress in properly fitting garments.

    After removing brassieres, it is important for women to massage the sides of the body near the breast. This area is considered yin and if the Qi is blocked it cannot flow freely to the breast. The results may lead to breast pain, blocked fluids, or worse.
